ACA, which took 18 months, rewrites to try and get bipartisan support (somewhat torpedoed in efficiency by Rubio’s amendment and states opting out) was “rushed through with no transparency”.

GOP plans, don’t have the luxury of the senate knowing what’s in it, are done in the middle of the night behind closed doors that not even all GOP members have access to… but this is fine?

Trump: Don’t pay insurance (even though it’s our responsibility). Use money set aside for signups to actively discourage signing up. Obamacare is a failure.

ACA passes, republicans up in arms even though its all there. 2010 tea party wave. Obstruct everything Obama including federal appointments. Gavel in 5min to prevent recess appointments. Anything the president does = bad.

GOP complete power. Healthcare needs a simple majority in the senate… but it’s the democrats fault for obstruction (don’t need a single dem)

Democrats: let us work with you in a bi-partisan manner
McConnell: This is a GOP initiative. No dems.
McConnell: As a last resort we may have to work with dems.
Trump: Dems aren’t supporting the bill they are being locked out of writing. How dare they?!?!

And millions still believe Trump and blame dems. When will logic enter these people’s heads?
