Breaking news: Partial mobilisation announced in Russia
I was right in my yesterday’s prediction. This morning, Putin announced partial mobilisation across the entire country. They will be calling up 300,000 reservists initially — i.e. those who have previously done military training and have been held in reserve.

Below is a copy of the President’s Decree. Note that Point no.7 is hidden from public view, it simply states, “For staff use only.”
In his speech, Putin also waved his favourite nuclear stick again:
“I want to remind you that our country also has various means of destruction, and for separate components and more modern than those of Nato countries and when the territorial integrity of our country is threatened, to protect Russia and our people, we will certainly use all the means at our disposal”
