Onfleet — Driver Tracking

We use Onfleet to track our drivers. Driver tracking is important for our staff, our drivers and also our clients.

From the administrative side we assign the tasks to our drivers with all the information for their order such as pick-up and drop off time/location. The OnFleet dashboard shows us a map of the city with our driver and the tasks assigned. We are able to see their route and approximate times. It keeps our drivers safe by showing us exactly where they are in town.

For our drivers it manages their tasks, and lets them know when and where they need to be. Proof of payment is done through the app by taking a photo of the receipt. This eliminates paper receipts for our admin team (YAY!) The address’ link to Google Maps for quick directions when needed.

Our clients LOVE this feature. When your order is on the way you receive a text with a personalized link for your order with a time estimate. When the link is opened you can watch the driver on the map inch closer and closer. Another text is sent when the driver is 150 meters away to let you know your order has arrived!
