I’m sad to see Snapchat actually thought this was a great idea. This is an example on how if you don’t have enough diversity in your team you might get in an echo chamber of product ideas. Do you believe if there was at least one Asian on that team when this idea was pitched this would have happened? If there was an Asian on that team I’m guessing it was a probably a dysfunctional team.

Why didn’t they make a Donald Trump filter? One that will trigger when every white guy post their picture? Wouldn’t that be more appropriate given our current affairs?
