The thing you’re going to have to accept about Trump is that you CAN’T accept him

I don’t think I’ve ever despised a public official more that this. After less than a single year the entire White House had been flooded with utter chaos. I’ve honestly lost track of how many people the son-of-a-bitch has fired.

Basically anyone who doesn’t blow Trump on a regular basis is in danger of getting fired. Or else resigning after the aching headache of trying to work for an asshole. Cue Sessions, Comey. Cue Priebus and Spicer. Now, Vixen, now Dancer and Prancer.

What we’re dealing with is not just a son-of-a-bitch: it’s a son-of-a-bitch with no loyalty. Who openly shows that he has all the maturity of a 6-year old boy. And what’s worse is the people continuing to defend him.

By that I mean people saying “Give him a chance; he’ll come around”. He hasn’t. And isn’t. And even worse are the people who think that some change in staff is going to magically restrain him.

These are people who preach the redemptive qualities of a man beyond them. I’m tired of having to say it: Donald Trump has NO redeeming qualities as a public official. It’s questionable whether or not he has any redeemable qualities as a human being.

His vitriol is self-centered and self-serving. Not an ounce of care exists in his wasteful frame for the American people. And that’s what he is: wasteful.

Donald Trump has single-handedly lowered the standards of human behavior in America. And world-wide. I would argue that the White House deserves not only a top-to-bottom cleaning but also an exorcism once his sorry ass leaves office. And no day could come to soon. But unfortunately it looks like we’re stuck with him.

And why: because most people cling to the misplaced assertion that you can somehow temper a man like Trump. Bottom line, you can’t. And religious right-wing people or any person of faith who supports him needs to stop promoting the idea that we should pray for someone like Trump, in hopes that he’ll see the light. That’s a fantasy. Some people are just blind. And don’t deserve our support/affinity in any capacity whatsoever.

What we need to pray for instead is an end to his presidency: that the tide of democracy resurfaces and comes crashing down on everything he represents. My message is to people who seem to believe that, with just the right staff and guidance, our president is capable of self-control.

Stop bullshitting yourselves. He isn’t. Donald Trump is responsible for the turmoil in the the White House. Changing his cabinet isn’t going to help. Stop deluding yourselves into thinking that.

“But maybe, just maybe this is the guy to calm him.” Enter Scaramucci. The derangement continues. I don’t entertain b.s. ideas about a Trump redemption.

You’re just going to have to accept the fact that he doesn’t have one. Some human beings are salvageable. Others are inherently bad. And don’t deserve another second chance.

Trump is one of those people. He’s incapable of being “better” because he’s simply by nature a shitty human being. Stop trying to put notions of decent qualities on a clearly indecent person. Nobody’s simply good or bad; but some people just ARE.

Bad for our country. Bad for our morals. Bad for our history. And those aren’t the people I pray “for”. Those are the ones I pray against.

The reality is that the longer this scandal of a presidency drags out, the further we sink as a country. Usually in stories a bully can only go so long stepping on toes before someone stands up and kicks them in the balls.

Donald Trump is Biff Tannen. Where the hell’s George McFly with that left hook? If I could put Trump into any movie scene to be played over and over again it would be that part of Back of Future: where you’ve got the dickhead bully vaunting manically over his victims before one of them lands him right on his ass. Right in the last moment there’s true terror as Biff realizes “Oh, shit! Messed with the wrong guy”. I would love to see the same curdling shock in Trump’s eyes when he realizes that his own proverbial chickens have come home to roost.

Trump does not need to be embraced “in spite of his flaws”. He needs to be ejected because of them. Only civilized people can be accepted for flaws. The way you know Trump is truly reprehensible is the fact that stabs EVERYONE in the back: his advisors, associates, appointees. He berates them publicly on Twitter (calling Comey a “nutjob”, Sessions “weak” and “beleaguered”) rather than being grateful that anyone on earth still wants to work within fifty feet of him.

America only takes a stand when it learns to define its principles. And who stands opposed to them. Bottom line: Donald Trump is not “your man”. He’s not “with you”. If you still have trouble believing that, just try working for him. See how long you last in his White House.

No president is as black-and-white bad as Trump. You could find silver linings here and there in even the worst U.S. presidents, including Nixon. They knew how to operate as human beings, in spite of their setbacks. Donald Trump is something far more primordial: quite possibly an evolutionary setback in Western civilization. Winston Churchill once said the best argument against democracy was a conversation with the average voter.

Now we see that the best argument against it is a Tweet from the average Trump page.
