At Achieved we believe everybody can develop themselves with the right tools and mindset. We also know this is not an easy task. One of the most important lessons we learned is that most people want to grow their skills, but find it very difficult to find enough time and motivation to make it actually happen.

Most professionals have a demanding job with a full agenda. They understand that learning is important, but simply cannot free enough time in their schedule. As a result, most e-learnings and MOOC’s have a completion rate of only 4%.

This needs to change. To make life long learning happen, it needs to be offered in a way that fits the busy realities of today’s workplace.

Daily learning bites

This is why we developed Learning Bites; small bite-sized learning snacks, sent to you on a daily basis. Instead of spending a couple of hours on an e-learning, you receive daily or weekly lessons of only 5 minutes each.

These mini-courses are perfectly suitable to follow on your smartphone. You don’t want to watch an hour long lecture on a small phone screen, but a short 5 minutes learning bite is perfect to consume in between meetings or on your train ride home. This makes learning fit easily into your daily routine.

Digital transformation

Today we launch our first mini course. Learning Bites: digital transformation. Together with Singularity University alumni Jorus Everaerd we build this course to teach you everything about our fast changing world.

The concept is simple. Install the app on your smartphone and each day we send you a small learning bite. This can be a video, question or some interesting piece of knowledge. A friendly notification reminds you that a new bite is available. This is the perfect start to get into the habit of daily learning.

We are looking forward to hearing your thoughts on Learning Bites.
