It’s Okay to Feel Sad.
Today was one of those days where I didn’t want to get out of bed. I just wanted to turn around in bed and cover my face with my blankets and not deal with the day or my rollercoaster feelings.
Do I feel sad? Yes, for many reasons and it’s okay.
It’s okay to feel sad every once in awhile. It will happen from time to time; it’s normal and part of life. It’s okay to feel whatever it is that you feel. No one can tell you what you can and cannot feel. It’s okay to ask for professional help and support from those who love you.

We are meant to feel emotions, and it’s something we shouldn’t feel ashamed about; rather its something we should embrace.
I am grateful for where I am. I have faith and hope that I will end up where I am supposed too. Things will align to where I am intended to be. I know that God has a plan for me and my life, and I have to trust in Him and His ways.
