Ich habe 15 Jahre als Schauspielerin auf der Bühne und vor der Kamera gestanden, bevor ich aus Frustration darüber, was ich alles NICHT-MACHEN sollte, kurzerhand die erste kooperative Schauspiel Agentur auf dem europäischen Festland gegründet habe. So habe ich herausgefunden, was mich wirklich glücklich macht: andere unterstützen mit Leichtigkeit zu bewirken, was sie erreichen wollen!
Persönlich bin ich in Hamburg zuhause, in Berlin daheim und am liebsten in Frankreich.
Meinen „acting for business“ Ansatz macht Schauspieltechniken für den beruflichen Alltag nutzbar. Ich helfe Führungskräften und Unternehmer:innen, sich auf all ihren Bühnen sichtbar zu machen, leichter mehr zu bewirken und erfolgreicher zu kommunizieren. Das Ziel ist immer, mit all den „emotionalen“ und „disruptiven“ Kräften, eines ganz normalen Arbeitsalltag, konstruktiv und erfolgreich umzugehen.
Mit der egometric-Methode habe ich ein System entwickelt, mit dem Marketingstrategien für authentische Persönlichkeiten nutzbar werden. 2015 wurde die Methode vom deutschen Coaching & Trainer Verband ausgezeichnet. Und mit dem Wirk-Verstärker wird daraus gerade ein Onlineprogramm.

I spent 15 years on stage and in front of the camera as an actress, before, out of frustration with all the things I should NOT be doing, I unceremoniously set up the first co-operative acting agency in mainland Europe. That's how I found out what really makes me happy: supporting others with ease to bring about what they want to achieve!
Personally, I am at home in Hamburg, at home in Berlin and most of all in France.
My "acting for business" approach makes acting techniques useful for everyday business life. I help managers and entrepreneurs to make themselves visible on all their stages, to achieve more easily and to communicate more successfully. The goal is always to deal constructively and successfully with all the "emotional" and "disruptive" forces of a normal working day.
With the egometric method, I have developed a system with which marketing strategies can be used for authentic personalities. In 2015, the method received an award from the German Coaching & Trainer Association. And with the Wirk-Verstärker, it is currently being turned into an online programme.
