In order to reduce the recurrence of harm, we must build and have the right ideology. In my opinion, Government, media companies, and individuals have an unshirkable responsibility to build a harmonious network environment. Here are some suggestions as follow:
Government should establish relevant laws for example, when every websites build real-name system for online information, everyone will be careful what they say. If they use some offensive word to judge some people, they will be easier to seek out and shoulder the responsibility.
Media companies should strengthen inspection and supervision.
Individuals: on the one hand we need to pay attention on our words not to hurt others. on the other hand, if we have mental healthy issues like depression, we should diagnosis in time and receive effective treatment.
A good online communication environment and atmosphere needs to be maintained together. To prevent this kind of thing from happening again, let us act, to make the world more beautiful!
