I was looking at getting my company to take out a fortawesome licence, what does this mean for me?

Should I now be looking at symbolset or will I have access to the symbolset awesomeness from the comfort of the fort? Are you effectively porting the fortawesome stuff over to symbolset or vice versa? I couldn’t quite glean these points from the above.
