There are some names that will be synonymous with motor racing: Schumacher, Senna, Prost. However, there are some who will be remembered not for how they drove on track, but what they did for the sport itself. And, for that, look no further than Frank Williams.

A racing enthusiast, Williams founded his team almost 50 years ago, in 1966. His early years in motor racing are simply inspiring — with Sir Frank providing funding for his team through work as a travelling grocery salesman. What he built, off the back of such limited funding, little more than a young man with a dream, would go on to be one of the most successful and beloved racing institutions of our time.

The story of Frank Williams and his sheer determination is one that can be a lesson for so many. The legacy of Sir Frank and the team he created will be one for the record books, that many will look back on with admiration.
