This reminds me of PRDs. In some organizations, the craze is about not having any documentation whatsever, which totally misses the point of how important short and sweet PRDs could be for the development of a product.

I think the reason people are scared of docs is because they think of the old jumbo stuff that were hundreds of pages long.
