It’s mostly gone in Hillary’s favour too. I looked at ‘votes per delegate awarded’ in every state and only Maine, Nebraska and Louisiana awarded delegates proportionally to votes.
Bernie got a better ‘deal’ than Hillary in one state: Kansas (marginally, one extra delegate than the percentage).
In all other twenty-four states, win or lose, Bernie gets less delegates awarded than the votes he got.
You already mentioned the worst one, New Hampshire. Bernie got awarded one delegate for every 10,106 votes cast for him; Hilary — one for every 6,350 votes cast for her.
