(originally written in 2013) I started as lowly intern in the Digital Advertising world, working in storage closets and making Starbucks runs. After 9 months, I was able to get hired on in an open position. I can’t thank all the people enough that took time to talk to me, gave me a chance and that mentored me along the way. I now have been able to mentor interns for many years and seen a wide range of talent and motivation.
