Why The 3 Keto Concepts Work!

By this point, you’ve realized that much of what you thought you knew about training and nutrition, can now be called into question.

In this lesson, I’m going a little deeper into the solutions I’ve developed after 13 years of hard work, and countless hours of obsessive research and study, coupled with my blood sweat and tears in the gym and in the kitchen.

Between all the classes, audio programs, pricey certifications at high-end institutions, tuition fees, seminars, courses and the hundreds of books in my library, at this point in my life, I’ve invested over a quarter million dollars in my education on this subject.

Not to mention over 13 years of my entire adult life has been spent finding the solutions to your problems; and turning these key keto concepts into easy to use and understandable systems, which are like a shortcut that’ll take you directly to your goal.

These Key Keto Concepts form the tip of the arrowhead, in an organizational system that I’ve called “The Four Keto Pyramids”

When you put everything I have discovered into practice, and move through the levels of The Four Keto Pyramids, in effect, you’re applying all the tools, methods and concepts implicit in the Keto-Biome Diet, MH5 Trainings System, and the Morphfit Flow Process.

As I’m sure you can now see, KetoKickstartClub.com is more than just a diet and training program. It’s an entire system for achieving your goals on every conceivable level.

When you put my Key Keto Concepts into practice, in combination with the problem-solving maps found in the Four Keto Pyramid System, you’ll be going on a journey that’ll transform your life physically, emotionally, mentally, and even spiritually.

So what does all of this mean for you?

It means that using the tools I’ve been describing here while continuing to follow this system over time, will help you get control of your health, through mastering your mind and body; and by allowing you to develop the energy, strength, and motivation you need to achieve your highest potential.

This has always been my mission when it comes to helping you. With that being said, let’s dive a little deeper into the Key Keto Concepts.

What Are “The 3 Keto Concepts”

Key Keto Concept #1:

Using “The Perfect Diet”

The Keto-Biome Diet

The Keto-Biome Diet isn’t a diet, as much as it is a tradition. The tenants of which span across many centuries and countless cultures, from around the world.

This diet approach merely describes what people have been doing for tens of thousands of years to produce strong, healthy and lean bodies. Learning this method is learning how to take care of your body like our ancestors did, using food as medicine as well as a tool to grow strong and healthy children; and of course delay aging and improve your vitality for the rest of your life.

There’s a reason we’ve become sick as a human race in the last one hundred years or so. When you understand these principles, you’ll realize why, and never make the mistakes you’ve been making with food again.

After all, nothing is a greater motivator for change than clear and concise understanding of how your body actually works, along with a vision of what’s really possible for your future.

Key Keto Concept #2:

Using “The Perfect Training System”

The MH5 Training System

The MH5 training system is my brain child, it’s the result of 13 years of trying to figure out how to transform my own body, and those of my clients.

MH5 is all about transforming as quickly as possible, without the use of drugs, dependancy on fancy equipment, gizmos, silly workout fads and anything else that falls away from traditional body transformation techniques.

I received much of my inspiration for this training system, by studying the first aesthetic strong men in the late 19th century, like Eugene Sandow, the father of natural bodybuilding.

Learning the MH5 Training System is about learning how to transform your body using the same ancient principles that Eugene used, in an era before the existence of sophisticated exercise machines, supplements and the abuse of anabolic steroids and other performance-enhancing drugs.

Understanding how any human body can achieve this sort of fitness, with nothing but a handful of rules and concepts, is what the MH5 training system reveals.

This is traditional thinking in the modern world at it’s finest. From the ancient myth of Milo to the story of Sisyphus, all the way to the earliest systems of Sport like the Olympic games. Even the first strongmen and circus performers of the 1800’s to the golden era of bodybuilding.

Everyone has their way of describing the bits and pieces of how training & diet work. For the first time ever, I’m going to put all the pieces of the puzzle together and make the elusive truth about proper training finally become understandable, by using the language of the MH5 Training System.

I’ll describe these principles in a way that makes remembering and applying the concepts simple and easy, because all you have to do is remember the MH5 acronym itself; and everything it stands for.

The system expands and evolves when you apply the rules, concepts, and methods; and put them into effect every day for the next thirty days.

Key Keto Concept #3:

Using “The Perfect Habits”

The Morphfit Flow Process

The Morphfit Flow Process is all about creating rituals and habits that ensure you get to bed and get the rest you need to have energetic mornings, productive days, and relaxed evenings.

This is accomplished through developing a series of daily rituals that make handling many of your responsibilities automatic and easy.

Through the use of flow states, and rituals, you can teach your body to respond flawlessly to whatever situation or problem that comes your way, all the while maintaining a balanced mood and healthy stress response.

This concept is one that involves training your mind to adopt new ways of thinking, so that your success becomes a daily habit.

Understanding why we do the things we do and how to change these “automated programs” in your brain; by switching them out for more useful and purposefully constructed ones is what the Flow Process is all about.

When you learn how to set goals and choose your thoughts and words deliberately, you control your perceptions, which decide your feelings and fuel your actions and life outcomes.

Now let’s discuss some of the details behind each concept

How Do The Key Keto Concepts Work?

Key Keto Concept #1:

WHAT IS THE KETO-BIOME DIET?

Briefly, the Keto part of the Keto-Biome Diet revolves around a hybrid blend of the three main styles of ketogenic dieting.

In this diet we use all three types of ketogenic diet strategies, depending on your most immediate goals.

The 3 “Keto” Strategies.

The first style is the Standard Ketogenic Diet; when you apply this particular strategy, you’re achieving a daily state of ketosis and holding that state of fat metabolism for as long as possible, or until you start to experience diminishing returns or negative symptoms for whatever reason.

You may also want to start your program with a Cyclical Ketogenic Diet strategy, which includes regular re-feeds using particular carbohydrates and resistant starches, to give your body an opportunity to quickly switch back and forth from sugar metabolism and fat metabolism. The purpose of this is to allow for higher training volumes in your MH5 program and to help you maintain energy and focus by increasing your capacity to be metabolically flexible.

Depending on whether or not you’re using the MH5 Training System, or at least something that adheres to its principles, I would recommend using a Targeted Ketogenic Diet approach. Especially if you’re already lean, and you’re interested in increasing strength and muscle mass at the fastest possible rate, while maintaining all the health benefits that come with entering in and out of Ketosis regularly.

These 3 strategies used in combination are what form the “Keto” of the Keto-Biome Diet. Each approach confers its advantages and disadvantages towards fat loss and muscle gain, depending on which level of healing you have achieved with your GMBM Complex, and to what degree you have become metabolically flexible.

The “Biome” Aspect of The KetoBiome Diet

The suffix biome refers to the ecosystem of microscopic life that makes up your body, and so this part of the diet is about promoting the health and vitality of your GMBM Complex.

This set principles focuses on your Gut, Microbiome, Brain, and Mitochondria. To support a healthier, happier and more productive life. The Keto -Biome Diet makes beneficial use of traditional principles and ways of living, that have existed across human culture for thousands of years.

I’ll teach you how to apply these principles and tune your diet relative to your genetic heritage, race, and culture.

The underlying principle supporting this diet style, is that all traditional cultures were mostly free of modern non-communicable diseases and obesity-related issues; and for a good reason. The Keto-Biome diet teaches you how to replicate your family tree’s historical traditions through an understanding of their diet practices.

The food and diet traditions that support a healthy and vibrant internal ecosystem, are what form, the underlying principles of the “Biome” part of this diet.

These principles are:

  • 1) Emphasis on Bio-Accumulation through Preparing Traditional “Meat on the Bone” Recipes
  • 2) Emphasis on Bio-Accumulation through Preparing Traditional Organ Meat recipes
  • 3) Emphasis on Preparation Techniques such as Fermenting, Sprouting, Soaking, Pickling, and Drying
  • 4) The consumption of Particular Raw Foods
  • It also includes Special Techniques & Concepts such as:
  • A) Intermittent Fasting (IF) to enhance muscle building
  • B) Understanding how to use good fats to burn fat
  • C) Understanding how to use the right carbs at the right times

Key Keto Concept #2:

WHAT IS THE MH5 TRAINING SYSTEM

As you now know, and based on previous lessons; MH5 is an acronym that stands for Movement at High Frequency, Intensity and Volume for the cultivation of Energy.

Imagine the most critical training variables you need to consider, as falling under one of these six categories (M,H, F,I,V,E = 6). These six letters form a puzzle that is made up of many different pieces, which each representing a key variable in the measurement and management of your training.

Now imagine your “big picture goal”; the reason you’ve been diligently reading this book.

In order to solve your body transformation related problem, you need to assemble all the necessary pieces to complete this giant puzzle.

Imagine this…

Imagine you have in your hands, a bunch of “M Pieces,” and these usually reveal the parts of the puzzle that relate to exercise selection through choosing and using the correct movement patterns to master over time.

The Cardinal Rule of all “Movement” is that optimal body transformation occurs when you exercise the body, by training the brain to perfectly execute any human movement pattern.

The “H Pieces” are related to progression, and they reveal the parts of the puzzle that describe how to make decisions in the gym as they relate to improving your performance.

This means being able to know when, how and why we adjust the total weight on the barbell, and how we properly execute an exercise with increasing complexity.

“H Pieces,” describe how to work through the problems you may encounter with form and technique and potentially pain and injury. That way, every training session means you’re getting better in some way or another.

In other words, in applying the lessons found in the “H” pieces, you’re always improving by some measure, or climbing “Higher” as the letter “H” would signify.

The Cardinal Rule of climbing “Higher” is that you must increase the challenge inherent in each human movement pattern, by some measure of qualitative or quantitative complexity.

The “F Pieces” are related to frequency; and they reveal the parts of the puzzle that allow you improve your execution of skills, and your understanding of concepts through perfect repetition.

The more you do a thing, the more easy, automatic, and simple it becomes, and that’s what high frequency is designed to accomplish.

The Cardinal Rule of Frequency, is that all human movement patterns must be practiced on a daily basis, through a wide spectrum of intensities, volumes and energetic expenditure.

What matters most is that you “grease the groove” everyday.

The “I Pieces” denote the importance of Intensity, which means training with awareness and focus. Making the purpose of any movement, to enhance skill development and perfect execution.

In the gym, this usually means lifting a heavier weight than the last time through a properly applied linear progression.

Adjusting intensity is all about knowing how to make the same movements more challenging over time, by increases their complexity.

The Cardinal Rule of Intensity is that the single most important measure of proper training, is a daily increase of your strength and conditioning, measured by consistent increases of weight on the bar, while all other variables remain constant.

The “V Pieces” of the MH5 puzzle, describe the mathematical understanding of how you measure and manage work capacity, through accumulating training volume over a specified time period and under consistent conditions.
Calculating volume in your training program is simple. It’s the sum of all your sets multiplied by your repetitions and weight.

Whether that sum represents a day, week or month of training; the total volume must increase at all these levels, and across all movement patterns, even if the increases are small at best.

The Cardinal Rule of Volume is that it should always be slowly increasing in the noncompetitive phases of your program, and should always be held at a certain minimum per week, to avoid the effects of detraining.

Finally, the “E Pieces” of this MH5 Puzzle, have much to do with the cultivation and conservation of your physical, mental and emotional energy.

Often you’ll hear me say “Train don’t Drain” or sometimes I’ll say “TRAIN… Don’t Drain Into Pain!”; and what I mean when I say it, is that the purpose of training is to measure and manage your performance. Not to kick your ass with an improperly designed exercise program or silly group workout.

Many of us believe that this self prescribed “ass kicking” is what constitutes, “working out”; and by some twisted logic, people have tried to convince us that we haven’t worked out hard enough if we aren’t suffering through the workouts and feeling like crap by the end of it.

This “No Pain, No Gain” mentality is the reason why “exercise” and “training” are completely different animals, which produce completely different results.

Learning to put the “E Pieces” of the puzzle together, means managing your recovery, your ego, and your decision making to serve the single purpose of making you perform better. Without reducing the quality or your workouts, and draining the energy and sense from your body and mind.

The Cardinal Rule of Energy cultivation, is to train without the drain, by measuring and managing all the relevant variables.
