What is the 4 Pyramid System?
The Keto Pyramids System is divided into 4 Pyramids you must learn to ascend. They are the Rest & Digest Pyramids, and the Fight or Flight Pyramids. The pyramids were named after the two branches of your nervous system: The Parasympathetic Nervous System and The Sympathetic Nervous System.
The Parasympathetic Nervous System is responsible for controlling the relaxation response of your body, and so the “Rest & Digest” Pyramids describe how to relax, or as the name implies how to “Rest & Digest.”
The strategies found in the Rest & Digest Pyramids, teach you everything you need to know about how to recover quickly and how to eat correctly to support your goals.
The Sympathetic Nervous System, on the other hand, is responsible for controlling the stress responses of your body. So the “Fight & Flight” Pyramids describe how to train your body, and your mind, to better handle stress.
Training falls under the category of the “Fight Pyramid” while achieving your goals, and having fun doing it, falls under the “Flight Pyramid.”
These two branches of your nervous system form the two primary responses at play in your body at all times. Think of Yin & Yang, Hot & Cold, Or Light & Dark. You can never be fully relaxed or completely stressed at any one time. Instead, your body is always fluctuating between one state or the other. To achieve a long-lasting body transformation, you’ll need to understand how each of these pyramids works so you can create a state of balanced health, and so you can burn fat and build muscle exactly how you’ve imagined.
To achieve balance within these complementary systems, you can only do so over extended periods of time; and by spreading your efforts and learning through a properly designed, results driven program, like this one.
Imagine that creating balance in your health and fitness also means having balance in all the major areas that make up a good life. That means finding health and direction in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects, that relate to your personal struggles.

If you feel like you’re about to fall off the bike, you take corrective actions to avoid getting hurt, right?
You know the old expression, when someone says: “I keep falling off the Wagon.” Well, the bicycle is that wagon in this scenario, and to keep moving forward, you’ll have to make constant adjustments using the “4 Keto Pyramid System” as your guide.

Navigating to the top of each pyramid means learning different ways to deal with stress, and create positive results for yourself.
Have you ever heard the expression “Pressure makes Diamonds”. All you need is the right amount of pressure, at the right time and place and you can create something precious you can keep for the rest of your life. Just apply these concepts, and you’ll find out for yourself.
Before we go any further, it’s crucial to define stress as it’s meant to be understood in this lesson, and in the ones that follow.
Stress is defined as:
“Pressure or tension exerted on a material object.”
For example, your body’s a material object, and everything you expose it to from the quality of the air you breathe, the water you drink, the foods you eat and the training that you do; all fall under the category of “stress” on the physical body.
Stress can also be defined as:
“a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances.”
For example, this kind of stress affects your physical body in the brain and nervous system first, where situations and circumstances are interpreted; and where “learned responses” manage the stressors.
I say “learned response,” because the way your body responds to an event, is something that you’ve learned to do. Learning how to respond differently to events means having more choice; and having more choice means you can better choose your life outcomes.
With this system, you’ll know exactly how to mitigate and manage any form of stress that comes your way.

Now that you understand how the 4 Keto Pyramids have been divided, let’s take a more in-depth look into the structure of each pyramid.

How to accomplish your goals with the 4 Keto Pyramid System:
Allow me to address an important mindset to adopt. When attempting to achieve any goal, first you must know that there are two main types of goals thatb you can set. One type of goal is called an “End Goal” and the other type is called a “Process Goal”.
Setting an “end goal” means looking towards an outcome as the measure of your success. While setting a “process goal” means accomplishing smaller, daily steps, as the measure of your progress.
We want to focus on progress. While understanding that “success” is simply a side effect of that daily “progress.”
Examples of end goals might be something like

• Being able to squat twice your body weight
• Packing on pounds of muscle, naturally
• Improving your energy and focus
• Creating a more optimistic mental and emotional mindset
Notice how these “end goals” are stated in very measurable and objective terms.
