I have my doubts about this. This seems very faddy. I think many people including managers will be able to measure for the first time the effects of people on their work as minutely as they please, and when it is pointed out that people with all these pretty and pretty faddy social skills do not perform the work as well as those who have their own lives and turn up for work grumpy. The emphasis will be spotting the diamonds in the rough, and how to work for a sociopath introvert manager, like that bloke from Facebook. I hope the pendulum is swinging away from people trying to take over their employees personalities and lives and turn them into clones of a US shopping channel host.
