How to be a stronger person than you were yesterday

t

I am a lazy person. I really am, and that had a profound impact on my life in ways I would never admit. I started a 100 things but had never really gotten around into finishing them all. Whenever the going gets tough, find something easier to do.

Then everything comes to the point that it takes effort. I hate making effort to do something. I have to think, be more precise, careful, thoughtful, creative, resourceful, and faster. And this beats me up. I would grumble and mumble and get frustrated. Not because I hate what I do, but I just don’t appreciate the concept of hard work, is all. My train of thought goes like this: If I have to make an effort just to make it better, then in the future everything that I do will be lower par than this current product, and I will have to maintain that same level of effort in order to produce that quality, and I will be even more frustrated. Hence, why even try?

Then I realize, that when I find myself biting my teeth and go through that temporary hardship, I gained a significant improvement over the quality of my work, the euphoric feeling of accomplishing something just amazes me time after time. Sometimes I think that the only reason I can perform farther than others is mainly due to the fact that I stuck around long enough to show something, and I KNEW the fact that to improve on your craftsmanship is the way you get better and better at what you do. And doing these things take focus, energy, positive mindset, and all the other stuffs that people have a list on. And the best part is, you only have to grind through that stage once. It is an expandable mind. If you find yourself getting stuck again and get frustrated, be joyful, you are moving at the right direction and you are only going to get better, and better, and better.

It is an expandable mind. If you find yourself getting stuck again and get frustrated, be joyful, you are moving at the right direction and you are only going to get better, and better, and better.

What I am trying to say is, to be a better person than you were yesterday, whenever you find yourself wanting to give up, stuck around a little longer than you did the last time around. One day you will find yourself savoring just how far you came. Do something you never had the strength and courage to do before.

Stronger, Better, Faster, Stronger.

Let’s get going, 2016. .
