What’s the a priori issue here?

You made very great, logical points here, and it’s great to see reason being used in such a logical way. You have my respect. However, if I may add anotheropinion, people that are pro-choice are not pro-abortion. No one thinks abortions are awesome. If we could do without abortions and still save lives we’d do it, but that’s unfortunately not how it works. The fact remains that more people die when you take away the possible safety of abortion clinics. Women have the right to abort their child, and they will find a way to get that abortion. It’s our job as a people to make sure they don’t die in the process. By giving them a safer option of which to abort, we can prevent and help them not to have to resort to performing their own abortion. Killing is killing, yes. We can’t ignore that it is a person that is dying in abortions. But, it is an ironic, awful, human truth that often our attempts to help a situation only makes the situation worse. The majority of people who define themselves as pro-life, atleast where I live in South Louisiana, hate abortion because they recognize that it is killing, and on paper it is sensible that we can prevent killing by making it less accessible. However, in reality more people are dying because of their attempts to save lives. Woman have the right to abort, and it’s up to us to prevent further deaths of people. We must spread love, understand what people are going through, and try our best to look at issues logically and from every angle. Not to say your opinion is wrong in anyway, I am posing another angle is all. I hope you have a great day ☺
