This is neat, Uri. Having done a similar exercise in hiring and placement for designers I’ve found this technique very helpful. The categories/scales should be things YOU find important. For product people I would add BUSINESS as a 7th category. Managing time and money, implementation, day-to-day, the boring stuff, is critical for the role. Esp for Director-level and above.
