…no more than the Republican party left actual conservatives behind at the same time, too.

The Democratic party has a ton of flaws, sure, and there are loads of things I’m not comfortable with. But in our system, it’s the only vehicle of resistance against a Republican government that I think is un-American and dangerous. So all I can do is try my best to push the Democrats in the direction I believe is right.
