Story of Bangladeshi brother

It has been three years since i have been working here in the Maldives, switching from job to job. Sometimes i would spent four months without getting my salary. Some employers don’t give money at all. I have no friends here to complain about it. I sold my property and spent all my savings to even get here and yet everyone is treating us like animals and not giving us what we deserve and worked so hard to earn. i have only one kid whom I haven’t seen since she was born. she is 2 years old now. I am constantly missing and worried about my parents and my small family. I have no motivation to work now but since my dad took a loan from a friend to get me here. I am unable to go back until its paid. This is the situation of most, if not all Bangladeshi workers in Maldives. They can barely survive in this cruel environment where, everyone can only think of is their hygiene. How do you expect them to be with what they are going through, with shitty places to sleep and not enough money to eat and support their families back in their home country.#maldives #Bangladesh #muslim #human
