Hi Shep, thanks for the comment. Social anxiety is a huge component to drinking habits and one that cannot be ignored. I felt that I needed it to really “fit in” a lot of the time in social situations. You can’t overcome social anxiety overnight. It really takes a deep knowing of yourself and even a real love for yourself to know what’s really best for you when you’re faced with peer pressure or just pressure on yourself to connect with others. I’ll definitely be digging deeper into that with The No Alcohol Project.
