Galatians 5:22-23 'But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law'.

Mathew 5:9 'Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God'
You cannot call yourself a child of God and don’t embrace Peace.
Jesus Christ himself is the prince of peace and he then expect us to follow him and do whatever he does.
Romans 12:18 'if it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.

Making peace is the nature of God we should emulate. God's Love for Peace made Him sacrifice His only Begotten Son so he can make peace with men.
