We are fans of Dave and the Late Show’s Top Ten. To honor his cultural contribution, below are ten reasons you should consider moving your health docs to the cloud for quick, convenient access:

  1. Can you remember the name of your doctor and specialists you’ve seen in recent years? Your partner’s doctor? Kids’ doctors?

2. When was the last time your kids went to the doctor? For what?

3. Do you remember which medications you and your family have taken in the past year? What medications are you or your children currently taking?

4. How old is your vision prescription? When does your vision prescription expire?

5. Do you know which immunization shots your child has had and when?

6. Did you receive your insurance carrier’s Explanation of Benefits (EOB) for the last health visit? The last five visits?

7. Do you know what insurance plan you were on last year? Do you know the particulars of this year’s plan, and prior years? It may be helpful if an old claim shows up.

8. Do you have copies of your blood work results over the years to give to your new doctor after a move, change of job, change of employment?

9. Do you recall the make and model of all of your family’s fashion forward glasses? Perhaps Warby Parker has a better deal for next time.

10. Where are those Polaroid-like sonograms pictures from all of your kids? Always fun at their wedding.

Now wouldn’t you like to have an app that helps you do this?
