• Integrated NFC technology: Users scan their NFC cards to access the kiosk, which retrieves their loyalty profile from a server.
• QR matrix scanner: For flexible authentication options.
• Thermal printer: For instant benefit redemption vouchers
• Card storage and dispensing system: For physical loyalty cards.

3. UHF RFID Technology for Inventory Control and Automated Device Lending Systems

We designed machines for automated device lending for our client, a leading e-cigarette brand, enabling seamless device access through UHF RFID contactless tracking. Beyond inventory management, we also developed a Dropbox Kiosk for borrowers to securely return, ensuring proper validation and tracking.

Technology:

• UHF RFID Validation: The kiosk reads the UHF RFID tag on each e-cigarette to validate the device’s ownership and borrower identity before unlocking for lending or accepting a return.
• Dropbox Kiosk: A dedicated return system where users can drop off their borrowed e-cigarettes, with UHF RFID ensuring the device is logged as returned in the inventory system.
• Real-time inventory updates: For accurate stock control, allowing businesses to maintain precise counts of available devices.
