Old Navy! They have a pretty good selection of all workout essentials (even maternity sizing!) and it’s cheaper than Target. Otherwise, TJ Maxx, Marshall’s, etc usually have a decent selection, especially for sports bras.

If you want to splurge a little bit on pants, my go to is the Zella brand carried at Nordstrom. The “live-in” legging line is extremely comfortable, non see-through, and holds you together in all the right places so as to boost your confidence. Prices usually hover around the $58–65 range, but capris can often be found on sale for $25–30, which is about the prices you’ll see for leggings at Target (those are far inferior to Zella).
