Farewell to my great experience at Cisco and ready for my next chapter.

I will never forget my first day at Cisco. It was four years ago at Collaboration Summit in LA. As someone who had built a career on Cisco UC and contact center, I had attended every Summit, but as a partner. It was surreal to be on the other side. I had spent over a decade implementing Cisco collaboration technology all over the globe and grinding out every Cisco certification, which culminated in passing the CCIE Collab exam. Now, as a leaderof global GTM, RTM and Cloud Collaboration Sales, I was in my dream job, with the power to directly influence the strategy and direction of Cisco collaboration!

It was the perfect time to join the team. The Collaboration market was moving rapidly, and Cisco was leading the charge. We were embarking on a journey to transform the business and the market, and I can say confidently we did.

In this role, I have had the opportunity to work with so many amazing people at Cisco and the partner and analyst community. In that time, we accomplished some amazing things: launching the GTM for new products like Webex Teams, transforming how the Cisco Collaboration portfolio is sold with Flex Plan, growing the Webex business in the face of aggressive competition, and helping partners evolve their practices to be successful in the new era.

After four exceptional years at Cisco working with unbelievably talented teammates and partners, I’ve decided to move on. I can’t thank Cisco enough for the great experiences, but more importantly for allowing me to be part something bigger — transforming a market to create the future of work and to help shift the Collaboration business to simple, subscription based offers.

What now? I will be sharing my next mission soon, so stay tuned!
