If at first you don’t succeed, you’ll know you’re aiming high enough.
To Overcome the Fear of Failure, Fear This Instead
Adam Grant

I like this line. It has a nice ring to it.

There is a part of me that reads this and immediately thinks that the only way to aim high enough and pursue our boldest ideas is to go after the crazy “change the world stuff”. But that’s probably not the truth. Sometimes the boldest action we can take is having that conversation that we’ve avoided having for years.

Being the boldest I can be doesn’t have to world-changing; it only needs to be life-changing to me.

(Disclosure: Adam Grant I’ve not yet read your book, but I’ve purchased it and it’s the next-to-read on my Kindle. So I don’t know how you define one’s boldest idea.)

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
