This is beautifully said and I especially love that you have used the word “honour” in this context.

I would probably also extend this idea to not only honour the limitations of our bodies, but also of our whole selves.

We are just who we are and this is just what it is.

Saying that may sound trite, but I find calm in those words because it reminds me that accepting my limitations (instead of always trying to push beyond them) regularly brings greater calm, contentment and peace in my life. I find this to be especially true in a world that constantly demands more of us.
