It was really a new experience for me to drop my resume in-person drop. I equipped myself for this activity after a long time discussion about it with various people around me. Some people demotivated me that HR didn’t take it as serious as you think. Some people said to me that I must go to drop my resume as in-person drop. It was also very funny and miserable condition for me that I was deciding that I should go or not. Anyway, I went to drop my resume with cover letter in a school “The Loyalist Aacdemia”. I met with HR, and dropped my resume in hand of him by an orally description of my elevator pitch and covered each and every aspect of an elevator pitch which I have learned through Amal. His impression was cool and seemed just like that he has no need to hire much staff by overview of the strength of his students in school.

Learning: I learn that It is very difficult to meet with a HR of a company to drop your resume in-person drop but I think it produces positive effects on your career. According to me, the HR of that school was impressed by my professional behavior and I believe that he will call me if he will have need to hire new staff. I will also revise him through a Thank you e-mail.

Challenges:

1>I faced a big challenge at the time of research about that school and also shocked to hear the disastrous news about it that 5th HR and almost all of the staff have been changed since one year ago. I was really surprised and so many question arose in my mind,

> Why all of the staff have changed?

> Is there a strategy to change them?

> 5th HR have changed then what is the value of a teacher on a particular position?

2>Second challenge was about teaching method of that school. I observed classroom activities of that school when I was waiting to meet the HR, Manager. I saw that the school has its own defined syllabus. The HR said to me that if you hired in our school then you will only responsible to teach our own syllabus booklet rather than PTB and Oxford syllabuses. I feel that I will be bound to teach the students if I get an opportunity to teach them in that school.

3>My biggest challenge was that how can I approach to the HR and asked to him about all of above questions present in my mind.

Findings:

When I dropped my resume with cover letter in-person drop then I take a permission to ask one of the question by revising historical research of that school. Sir, Why all of the staff and 5th HR have been changed since one year ago?

He paused for a moment and took interest in my question and said to me that be honestly I have no a definite answer of this question because It is the sub branch of the main branch of this school. I am not a head of this school and also joined it before six months ago. So, my finding is yet to be unfound. If I get that job then I will ask about it to the head of that school and then I will share it in a new blog.
