Crazy Story by the “Home Automation”. They mention they tried to reach out to the Google Support, but they didn’t get much response.

When they wrote an article on medium website, and made their problem public, and people started to notice, then comes the co-founder of firebase apologizing on the circumstances.

What if the article by medium didn’t have this much recognition and noticing, Google would’ve ignored them and they would’ve been still being overcharged @ 1700%.

Why they weren’t heard before? This freaks me out as a potential user of firebase.
