In my years in the military and running companies, I learned that to succeed, you have to be All In.

All In because the other guy is all in and if you are short of that, you are handicapped.

All In because focus is critical. The Wright Brothers stopped making bicycles once they started making planes.

All In because while nuance is important in execution, it is detrimental in strategy and vision.

All In because ‘Only the Daring Wins’ (which happens to be the motto of a special forces unit).
