Health Insurance Illiteracy — Policy Evaluation Matrix

Derived from the policy analyses in previous sections, the status quo and policy alternative were evaluated on various criteria. In Figure 2, both policy options are scored on these criteria. Based on the overall scores, the policy alternative was more favorable than the status quo.
