The Indicoin project recognizes that an extremely ignorant and inconsiderate amount of the human population’s attention which plays a significant role in aggravating the inequalities inherent in our society.We,at Indicoin strongly believe that despite the long list of shortcomings that the human race faces, we are very determined.If given an opportunity or a platform, we would stand to comfort a fellow personal who is in misery.To help a person, travelling across oceans ain’t necessary, one can voice his opinion sitting at home. All that matters is that our concern and care turns into an action or a movement towards betterment .That’s why we’re building Indicoin platform.
Our mission is to move thinking forward on the urgent social issues which prevails today and the next 100 years through honest, reflective and broad platform for people from all walks of life,from any part of the world. We aspire to create an online platform where all of us can come together to contribute towards various causes and share any (kind of Proof) live videos,images ,illegal documents leak, E-way bills for which our DApp will provide full anonymity in supporting the real world or communities ecosystem in some or other way. As the traits of a ‘social worker’ is naturally grained in all of us,so one doesn’t just need to get a University certificate or let’s say work at a refugee camp to be called one.. Today with the help of technology’s connectivity, we all can make our concerned voices heard.. We’re looking for teammates who are galvanized by this challenge, who dare to root for the underdog, who are deeply thoughtful and empathetic, and who love that words still mean something. Indicoin celebrates diversity in people, backgrounds, and life experiences. For instance, our founder co-created one of the most transformative tools to provide solutions in the field of Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and Social Technology resulting in evolution of Social Accountability which ultimately leads to more transparent, secure and reliable community based platforms.We have collabrated with many NGO’s like ‘Hum Bachche,darpan,Rishu child development,B.R Ambedkar Samaj Seva Sansthan’,this is the direct result of our competence and magnitude of our initail reach.Indicoin is very mindful project to work on.
We’re building a platform, not just a product. That means we put a ton of thought into how we structure, how we interact, how we build and how we implement. Continuous development and community outreach is encouraged at Indicoin, and we do it a lot. Sometimes we don’t get things right, and that’s okay too. Failure is seen as an opportunity for growth.
How we grow
At Indicoin, you aren’t constrained by your job description. There’s room for you, and your ideas, to breathe. We empower people to raise proposals and achieve them through a proper channel of upvotes and downvotes validated by other community members.
We get a lot of questions about our organizational structure and whether we have managers. We’ve moved beyond Holacracy, and we definitely have managers. Each team member can get personalized 1:1 chat and mentorship to help them grow and achieve the social goals.
