MINDFULNESS — What is it?!

Thanks Roger Hawcroft for reading it. I know mindfulness has become a fad these days. I was a skeptic too. But it is something that needs to be practiced on a daily basis for reasonable amount of time to fully experience it. I have put it in words but it has to be experienced. Its like wind, you cant explain it but feel it. There is a lot of scientific data that testifies its benefits.

In relation to Buddhist proverb, I dont even know if it is a Buddhist proverb. I just liked the way it conveys the message and so included it. Its not about the minutes but how it humorously suggests that if you don’t have time for it then you really need to invest more time for it.
