Moon Vector is a new decentralized Private Sale, Public Sale, and Crowd Funding platform that allows projects to seamlessly raise funds, with or without having a token, allowing you the option of Crypto, or traditional non-crypto, crowdfunding and fundraising.

Currently Launching on BSC, Moon Vector will be quickly deployed on other EVM compatible blockchains such as Ethereum, allowing for ultimate flexibility in fundraising options.

Whether launching a private sale for your P2E Game IDO, launching a royalty sharing fundraise to launch your non-crypto based video game, raising funds for your brick and mortar retail store, or just crowdfunding some relief to help pay for your cute little kitty cat’s vet bill, Moon Vector has you covered.

At its core, Moon Vector allows you to fund raise on your terms, with an easy to use white-label page that you can adjust customize to reflect yourself, incorporate on your own website, and set the terms as open or exclusive as needed.

Moon Vector contracts have been battle tested over the last year, and after seeing the demand emerging projects had for such a streamlined option, we decided to take it to market.

Along with cross-chain functionality, the future of Moon Vector is rather ambitious. As a forward facing project, we are able to recruit crypto projects, non-crypto projects, as well as those that want to exist in both worlds. This means that both fiat onboarding, and a p2p payment network are in discussion, as well as blockchain education for projects/investors who want to move into crypto but are unsure how. Additional tools and partnerships are in the works to help projects launch a full “concept to fundraise” strategy plan with little experience in the space.

While Moon Vector has the ability to be as private as possible for any project, we are building an aggregator page to track project performance, allow users to discover new projects, filter by chain and raise success, and much much more. Projects have the option to remain unlisted from the aggregator as well, while the sale is ongoing. There may even be opportunities for basket investing by category or industry in the future. Additionally, we will be working with 3 party service providers to offer audits, write ups, and more should the project team be interested.

Finally, as a Stake Protocol project, we are happy to introduce the first use case for $STAKE. Any project can save 20% on their launch costs by simply buying back and burning $STAKE instead of paying with BNB or BUSD. Additionally, projects have the option to become part of the Stake Ecosystem by committing a percentage of their raise/revenue to buying back and burning $STAKE, which will allow them to save on launch fees all together, have lower success fees, and more. Moon Vector Sale

One of the issues with DeFi projects is the reliance of a hype train model. Meaning your project is only as good as your token price, which causes good projects to sacrifice growth by focusing on token price over proper fundamentals. Therefore, Moon Vector will be launching without a token, and encourage other projects to consider this model. As a cross-chain platform, we have decided instead to run as a crowd-funded project that will allow investors to earn royalties from Moon Vector projects, across all chains, forever. Instead of purchasing a token, you will be purchasing shares of royalty paid out in perpetuity. Once all shares are sold, we will be opening an OTC trading platform to allow for the buy and sell of shares.

As we are not a token sale, our fund raise will continue as long as needed until all shares are sold. Early rounds offer major bonuses to reward early adopters, and once all shares are sold, OTC trading will open up. As will traditional companies, future fund raising rounds may be deployed in the future alongside the success of Moon Vector. Early adopters will also begin royalty sharing as soon as you invest. Royalties are paid out to you based on your % of the pool.

Please note revenue is based on success fees plus up sales. Launch Fees are for site maintenance and not included as revenue. This is why we are able to offer $STAKE as a launch alternative.

All remaining shares will be sold at market price of $1.00. Once all shares are sold and bonuses given, OTC trading will commence.

There is no timeline as the raise will continue until completed.

As we expand cross-chain, your share values will be snap-shotted BSC and updated to the other chains once per week. If you are new to the pool and want to have your shares updated before hand, we can update snapshot upon request for an additional fee.
