I fully agree with the respected writer, as I have almost the same routine for the last 40 days, as is suggested in this article. My life dramatically changed. I am optimistic now, full of energy with no stress.
I believe if someone follows from one thing i.e. early to rise (at least one hour before the bed) and early to bed (around 10 pm or early). When you will be successful to make it a habit, you will feel changes in your daily routine.
The second major thing you should do is reading that will change your mind and will give you a lot of confidence.
All other things will come along these two. Cheers.
