With the rise of MV* frameworks for the front-end in the past few years, mainly AngularJS, React etc. and task runners like gulp and grunt, the amount of logic and algorithm coding needed for it to work properly is enormous. Take a look at a front-end developers custom written gulp tasks and dare to say he/she is not a real developer. I dare you, I freaking double dare you…

But then again, the magic of floating numerous divs without breaking everything is an art by itself. There’s a significantly bigger deficit of CSS wizards, than it is of skilled back-end engineers. That, in my world, speaks for itself.

Great article. Rage coerces creativity to run wild, I can relate. I’m looking forward to reading more.
