Great article! Thank you. I would add one that helps me stay on track and you allude to here but most of us avoid: talk about your goals so that you’ll be accountable. By this I mean set yourself up to fail publicly. Of course this should not be your main motivator but it does help to officially put yourself out there. Talking about it makes it real, creates accountability, and let’s you “try on” your new self even before it has fully materialized. Some call it “acting as if.” It’s worked for me! Thanks again!
