Trust Your Price

Amy, I follow your channel for almost five months. And all I can say is that I appreciate your job so much! You bring value to social interaction and take the best of each opportunity, and this is great!
Once I asked you on twitter how was your path to add value to yourself, to your company and you said that you were self taught. In my opinion this brings even more value, because it’s not about going to a university or taking courses, it’s about trusting, hustling and improving yourself so that the community trust you back, and not only feel comfortable with, but they eager to have you as speaker or even helping with the marketing.
Because. They. Trust you. (dotted notation on purpose) =D

But I can’t read this article without having a major question, which is how to know that we are not failing with ourselves for being overconfident?
As a matter of fact, I’m sure that you worked hard to be who you are, but my doubt consist on the beginning of building an image, a career, and how to charge a reasonable price for a job (which is good. Or supose to be).

Have you ever worked for free? Trusting that “value” on that job was not money, but about get people to know you, about building trust and networking?

Thanks in advance and once again: congratulations for this article!
