The same unfortunately can’t be said of my iMessage chats. It’s a little intangible, and I know some of you may think it’s completely illogical. But humans are not logical. They’re emotional, and in order to make their lives better we need to be able to empathize with those emotions.
It just came down to understanding who we were talking to. Yes, they are business professionals who have started their own company. However, that is only face-value. You see, our prospects are so good at what they do, but they don’t usually come from a business background. Generally, they started working at a salon, they built-up a client list and decided to go off on their own. A lot of our target audience will open their business, get their initial client list through their doors and then stand there going, “Oh shoot, what do I do now?”
This has to be daily habit. Lots of jargon, hybrid, native, hypothesis, design thinking, hex values, empathy mapping, heart framework, API call, double diamond, IA, quick win, eat your own dog food, synergy , gamify, unicorn, big data, mobile first, holistic approach, disruptive, holistic, heuristic etc.
