Meet the 14 year old Musician “Adrian Jacques”
Starting In April 2020 Jacques released his debut mixtape “W3LLERS” which consisted of 10 sampled Hip-Hop Beats. The beat tape didn’t receive much attention with the highest streamed beat “Since You Went Away” only receiving about 130 Views on youtube.
Since then Jacques has only delivered one E.P. “W3LLERS VOL.II” in June which consisted of only 4 songs this time with one being dedicated towards George Floyd and Ahmaud Arbery. While still being active on social media Jacques had only produced 2 tracks one of them being “Make Ya holla” By Stef Without much Credit.
In November he released a podcast Miniseries with 4 episodes titled “Jacques Talks” featuring guests such as Idk and Goldlink. on june 9th in a Instagram story he captioned “I am extremely grateful for every single person who has listened to the podcast and enjoyed it, I will be putting an indefinite pause to releasing new episodes so I can focus on moving to a new town and creating music”. In October Adrian moved from a apartment in Petaluma To a new house in a suburban area of Sacramento. Since then Adrian has been teasing at the idea of his first album coming soon on Instagram since Halloween.
Then on December 4th he changed his Instagram bio to “JACQUES 1 . 8 . 2021” Just off that little change his instagram stats skyrocketed going from 80 followers to 160 in a week. Julian Gabriel, a close friend of Adrian’s posted to Instagram “Im on 4 tracks on the album, Aj introduced the idea of rapping to me a while back when we were at his birthday party at the river, He told me he was gonna go crazy on it and that it was something he was already proud of 5 months before it came out”. This confirmed peoples beliefs that it was not another instrumental album which gained a lot of anticipation for it.
Then on January 2nd He released the first single off the album “The feeling you gave” Feat. BACK2U. This was his first Vocal Single with his friend From his choir class Tyler Longing singing a smooth clean melody with a very talented voice. It's also His first cover that was a piece of artwork and not a photograph.
The song reached 90 views making it his biggest debut yet.
on Friday January 8th, Jacques delivered a nine track album titled “TONGUE TIED” Including a Remixes, Freestyles , and Original music Coming from The 14 Year old musician. The Remixes include Kanye west’s “Runaway”, and Dreamvilles “Costa rica”. The Features include Julian Gabriel, Benjii, BACK2U, Stef, and Maximus.The album has already received 6.7k Views on Youtube which Adrian has posted that he is very proud of.He also promises a deluxe of his Beat tape “W3LLERS” In 2 weeks.
