If you create a generic Halloween niche site, it can promote Halloween costumes. Or, you can make it more specific such as a site that only promotes Halloween costumes for babies.

You can also create affiliate websites around certain products. You can search for products that are popular on Amazon and create product review websites. If someone is interested in this product and they purchase the product, they are purchasing through your affiliate link and you get a commission. For example, you could create a review site around blenders. You would recommend a few different types of blenders on your site. You would give the pros and cons of each blender and maybe even compare them against each other.
