So, you feel you should be allowed to not-hire, not-promote, or fire a woman, because she might get pregnant someday. But you don’t think other people should be allowed to make hiring, firing, and promotion decisions based on the fact that the employees/colleagues in question might be sexual harassers? Seems like a big double standard to me!
