It’s already more than 12 years since we first launched TouchRetouch. Year after year, we have been putting in our best efforts to improve the app and deliver the ultimate experience in removing a wide range of unwanted objects.
All this time, the app has been available as a one-time purchase, and for the first 5 years on the market, we have been selling it at an incredibly low price of $0.99. After a slight growth in 2015, the price remained unchanged at $1.99 for 2,434 days. And that’s probably when we gained a considerable number of new users.
Throughout all these years, we have been making regular quality improvements to the app, adding new features, and enhancing usability. We’d like to give a big thanks to all those who have been supporting our efforts in that.
However, unfortunately, the one-time payment model can no longer ensure the constant development process and regular app upgrades. The TouchRetouch improvements and AI research require extra funding and a larger workforce. To be able to test out premium features, you should first make them visible in the main toolbar. That could be done from the in-app settings menu. You can add the missing tools to the toolbar by turning on the Show Premium Tools option.
Restrictions: you cannot export the photos with the premium features applied to them.
