Welp, the female reporter in United Nation scene on The Dictator who was assigned to interpret General Aladeen’s behavior resembles me after I complete the 3rd semester of my political science major.

Every politician I see online seems to be interpretable. You put a green tie when you got interviewed by the press? Well, that could be a sign that you going to jump into the ‘green-coloured’ political party. Though you maybe just like green at the time.

Art of manipulation they said. Everyone seem to have their own ‘aim’, no heartfelt words and all based by motive.

Politics, they said, can lead to wars and deaths. Different perspectives to see, and different rights and wrongs we somehow forced to believe.

A person advertised intelligent and smart trying to run for presidential election can be a go for group A. We will have a better country, won’t we? Offered chances for sort of change. Yet it could also be a turn down for group B, he talks too much, if he became president, he is not going to work.

A military-background candidate instead who gain voters by dance and trends on TikTok is a nah, what would he do? Just dancing? But he grows the feeling of representation for some, a feeling of ‘at last! A really chill president’

Then come a ‘I’m gonna talk online about how I love porn’ candidate. Group C could think that he is an honest person, nobody really honest nowadays? Right? But group D will think that being blunt is a wrong step. How in the hell a politician says that online while running for president?

And the above examples of perspective I mentioned is only a small part of it.

When applying what I’ve studied in reality, it helps me distinguish people based on their characteristic, as well as it helps me know myself more. Because characteristic is patterned, the history and the future too.

Meeting a daddy-issue girl needs to be studied, she turned out to be one probably as an aftermath of her dad married too much woman which later make you understand and accept the behavior that she keep seeking affection from boys in campus. A prince-charming too need to be studied, ‘cause we know he ain’t that good behind the scenes. A gossip girl too, either we can get some power by benefiting her hobby on spreading fresh news to increase our electability among friends or we will end up being included in her next ‘this-girl did-me-bad' story.

Studying this major so far is a fun. It tells you the amount of things you can gain by managing to control and understand a large characteristic of people, and how in another case, they destroy you instead.

Ps: This write is only a half portion of what I have learned, I have absolutely studied worthwhile knowledge in college. Nevertheless, for my professors out there, please don’t be disappointed.
