Agreed and, if there is evidence of him doing this, then that would be clear justification for firing him. As would firing him simply as a business decision. But neither of those were put forth by Alphabet/Google as the justification for his dismissal.

Granted, it doesn’t owe the public complete transparency so maybe you’re right that we just don’t have all the details.
