Nope, a vote for a candidate is a vote for that candidate. The rest is just fear-mongering and vote-shaming in an effort to get people to vote the “right” way.

In fact, the irresponsible decision is to support a candidate who is terribly flawed—as both Clinton and Trump are—simply because the political establishment has rigged the game against third-party or grassroots candidates.

And if you need any proof of the irresponsibility of such a decision, you need look no further than Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. The only way two historically unfavorable candidates become finalists for the most powerful public office in one of the most powerful nations in the world is via decades of successfully convincing the public to vote for the lesser of two evils.
