3D Printing Media Network, thanks for your interest and praise! Xjet has a really impressive technology in their nanoparticle jetting AM systems. We think their technology would be better suited for ultra-finely detailed (with ~10–100 micron resolution) metal and ceramic parts in very small series or prototypes. The nanoparticle inks are obviously proprietary and much effort went into developing them, so presumably they would be much more expensive on a per kg basis than precipitated, spherical metal or ceramic powders.
